Jose Llanos

Dr Jose Tomas Llanos is a research fellow in Privacy Aware Cloud Ecosystems (PACE) at UCL STEaPP. His main field of research is competition in data-driven markets and the overlap between competition and data protection policy. Dr Jose Tomas Llanos also works as consultant for the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in privacy and public policy matters concerning the digital economy.
