Mārtiņš- Mārcis Gelažis

Mārtiņš M. Gelažis works for the EU Institute for Security Studies (EUISS), where he supports research and analysis on cyber and digital issues, as well as the activities of the EU Cyber Direct project. Prior to joining the EUISS, he worked on research, policy, and events for Latvian and EU diplomatic services. He holds an MSc in Crisis and Security Management with a specialization in Cybersecurity Governance from Leiden University, and a BA (Hons) in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent, UK.
