Sebastian Pantin Urdaneta

Sebastian Pantin Urdaneta currently works as a research assistant under the Swiss Network for International Studies project on regime complexity. He is finishing his International Relations/Political Science MA at the Graduate Institute Geneva, writing his thesis on the relationship between submarine cable governance and the Internet. His topics of interest include Internet and global governance, sanctions, and cybersecurity.
