Przemysław Roguski is a Lecturer in Law at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (Poland) and an expert on cybersecurity and international law at the Kościuszko Institute. His research focuses on the law of peacetime cyber operations and different aspects of international law relating to cybersecurity, ICT and Internet governance.
